Gallup's Q12 measures 12 areas that provide the company's greatest opportunity for growth, in terms of commitment, performance and motivation for its employees. The survey is available in 70 languages, including Norwegian.

Jeg anbefaler denne tilnærmingen til alle som vil ha fokus på medarbeideres styrker. Karin Range i STRENGTHS har i samspill med oss i Gjensidigeskolen bidratt til oppsett av et tre dagers program som vi kjører for våre ledere i Norden. Gjennom programmet blir lederne kjent med den styrkebaserte teorien – tar selv testen og får tilbake-lesing (profil samtale) av egen instruktør. Etterpå handler det om verktøy og innsikt for å kunne bruke dette i eget team i faktisk operasjonell hverdag.

Karin er en eminent coach, sparringpartner og rådgiver. Hun er lyttende og faglig meget sterk og kan bruke ulike verktøy målrettet, slik at kunden og kandidatene får det beste resultatet. Hennes nye verktøy testverktøy "CliftonStrengths" anbefales på det varmeste. Bak metodikken er det en stor internasjonal database med andre testkandidater som man måles mot, svært god metode og analyse. Det gjør at verktøyet er valid og kan brukes av både offentlig sektor og i næringslivet. Det å gjøre avsjekk av det enkelte team-medlems styrker er avgjørende når man skal for eksempel skal sette sammen effektive ledergrupper med komparative egenskaper.
